Each home is carefully sketched with graphite and painted with watercolor to order and is prioritized based on the time received and can take up to three weeks to ship out depending on the current queue. If there is a high demand causing delay you will be contacted shortly after placing your order with a rough shipping timeline estimate. Home paintings come in a standard 9” by 12” size, allowing for easy framing. After checking out, please email a clear photo of your home with the perspective you’d like me to capture along with the order number in the subject line. If this is a gift, I’m happy to include a short personalized note to the recipient just let me know in the email and I’ll be sure to include it. Depending on the season, I am able to rush orders if there is a tight timeline.
